Private View: Photos

The Private View was a great success. Alison Fawcett, a generous friend and great photographer has provided some photos which give a flavour of the event.

An interesting juxtaposition of words.

And here’s some of the seventy people who turned up on that first evening.

A poem in a balloon. And when they explode…..

A visitor made this short poem from words that had fallen from burst balloons.

The main gallery is a clean white space overhung with shadows.

Poems come in many forms. The Garden of Stones is 70 of my poems, 7000 words, inscribed on stone for you to wander.

The audio installation pins you to the wall with poems in sound and image.

Poety objects to play with and inspect.

Words torn out or even…

erased.
